Forty years of experience. One family's standard.
Busby Precision Pest & Damage Control is family owned and locally operated in Virginia Beach, serving homeowners across Hampton Roads.
Meet Don Busby
Don Busby brings over 40 years of hands-on pest control experience to every property he steps onto. He has spent his career in Hampton Roads, working on the same kinds of homes, in the same soil, against the same coastal Virginia conditions that make this region uniquely hard on structures.
That experience shows up in a specific way: Don knows the difference between a problem that needs treatment and a problem that needs to be left alone. Homeowners are used to being sold services they do not need. That is not how this company operates.
See how we work
Don walks through a real crawlspace inspection: what he is looking for, what he finds, and what happens to a home when the space underneath goes unchecked for years.
This is the part of the house nobody looks at, and it is where the most expensive damage happens quietly.
What makes us different
We do the repair work too
Most pest control companies treat the infestation and hand you a referral for the damage. We handle both. When termites hollow out a floor joist or crawlspace moisture rots a sill plate, the same company that identified it is the company that fixes it. That is why "Damage Control" is in our name.
You get the owner
No call center, no rotating crew of subcontractors. When you call Busby Precision, you get Don. The person who inspects your home is the person accountable for the work.
We are pollinator conscious
We handle every pest with care, and we still make room to save the honey bees along the way. Not every insect on your property is a threat, and we will tell you which is which.
We are your neighbors
